Problem:

My KOMPAS-3D V13 Home license is corrupted. What should I do to restore it?

Solution:

To solve the problem, please, do the following:
  1. reinstall Sentinel RTE as described in FAQ article 700704 (see linked articles). Then check if the license appeared on page http://localhost:1947/_int/features.html
  2. if the license is still absent or corrupted, open page http://activate.ascon.net in your web-browser, login with your product key (see linked FAQ article 700708):
    1. near the field Previous Activations click View link:
    2. in keys list find your activation and click Download V2C file link and save this file on your computer
    3. open page http://localhost:1947/_int/checkin.html in your web-browser, browse the saved v2c- file and press Apply Update button
    4. check if the license appeared on page http://localhost:1947/_int/features.html
  3. if the license is still absent or corrupted, use your second activation (if available) as described in FAQ article 700705 (see linked articles)
